Electronic Protocol Submission System

After 1 September 2011, all New and 3-Year Renewal protocols will be written and submitted for review using the Huron/Click Commerce Electronic IACUC Protocol Submission System. Click here to enter the UTSA Research Compliance Portal. Once you log in on that page (using the same ‘abc123’ username and password you use to log into your computer each day), you will be taken to your personal ‘folder’ or page. Once there, click on the ‘IACUC’ tab in the orange bar below the header to enter the IACUC module. A user manual is also available for your use and it can be accessed here.

Mock IACUC Protocol for Teaching Purposes

For students required to complete a mock IACUC protocol for course requirements, please use the below ‘New (or 3-yr Renewal) Application’ protocol form.
