Training

UTSA is beginning implementation of the CITI online training course in the Responsible Conduct of Research beginning in Fall 2007. Once fully implemented, training will be required of all active PIs, including graduate students appointed as graduate research assistants. Other faculty and staff may be required to complete the training as well. If you are required to take the RCR training, you will receive notification via email.

The CITI training provides four different courses that are tailored to specific disciplines. The four available courses include:

• CITI Biomedical Sciences RCR Course
• CITI Social and Behavioral Sciences RCR Course
• CITI Physical Sciences and Engineering RCR Course
• CITI RCR Course for Students and Investigators in the Humanities

To access the CITI RCR course, click on the link below. You will need to create a login ID and password and make note of these for future reference.
