What is ECRT?

In February 2009, the University of Texas at San Antonio launched an on-line, web-based effort reporting system called ECRT (Effort Certification and Reporting Technology). This system facilitates both the monitoring of effort distributions during the year and the required annual certification of effort. ECRT can be used to monitor effort.

Effort Certification through ECRT will be undertaken twice a year. As with the previous effort reporting system, faculty principal investigators will have thirty (30) days to certify. UTSA's certification schedule is as follows:
