The Office of Sponsored Programs offers a variety of training options to ensure that principal investigators, centers and institutes, departments and colleges are well-informed regarding effort commitments, reporting and certification:

Online Training
UTSA HR offers a mandatory compliance module on effort through the Learning Source. All faculty principal investigators must take the compliance course annually and successfully pass a short exam. Failure to meet annual compliance can result in being barred from submitting future proposals.
